What if there is bad weather?

While Fire Wire Zip Lines endeavors to run our tours on time, every time, we do place our guests' safety above any and all other concerns. Therefore, in instances of heavy winds, rain, lightening or prolonged temperatures below freezing, Fire Wire Zip Lines reserves the right to cancel tours or postpone tours for up to 1 hour to allow inclement weather to move through the area. It is important to remember that foul weather in your area does not necessarily mean foul weather at Fire Wire Zip Lines. Please call first if you have concerns about the weather. We will call you only if we are certain your tour will not run.
